Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with broccoli and cheese, baked to perfection.

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups, steamed
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally, but not all the way through.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steamed broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese on one side of each chicken breast.
- Fold the other side of the chicken breast over the broccoli and cheese, and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the toothpicks and serve hot.
