Breakfast Burger
A hearty and delicious burger topped with a fried egg and bacon, perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Burger buns - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Eggs - 4
- Bacon - 4 slices
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the burgers to your desired level of doneness. Add a slice of cheese to each burger during the last minute of cooking.
- In another skillet, fry the eggs to your liking.
- Toast the burger buns and spread mayonnaise on each half.
- Build the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the burger patty, a slice of tomato, a slice of bacon, and a fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately.
