  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the flour and curry powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  9. Serve the Boller i Karry over rice or potatoes.
