Bok Choy and Fried Rice

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and peas, and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour beaten eggs into the other side.
  5. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix with the vegetables.
  6. Add bok choy and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  7. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and green onions to the skillet.
  8. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
