- Blackberries - 1 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons

- Milk - 1 cup

- Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup

Let's Get Started
- In a blender or food processor, blend the oats until they form a fine flour-like consistency.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, honey, and vanilla extract.

- Gently fold in the blackberries.
