  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blackberries.
  6. Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
  7. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  8. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
  10. Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup.
