  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line the bottom of a baking dish with banana leaves.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  5. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Top the batter with grated cheese and sliced salted eggs.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
