Bell Pepper and Tomato Frittata
This colorful and flavorful frittata is made with bell peppers, tomatoes, and eggs.

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh basil - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Eggs - 8
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Tomatoes - 2, diced
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
