Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Set aside.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the green onions.
  7. Pour the cornstarch slurry over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve the beef stir fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
