Beef and Bell Pepper Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add beef slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Stir fry for 2 minutes, until fragrant.
  5. Add bell peppers and continue to stir fry for another 2-3 minutes, until peppers are slightly tender.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir fry for an additional 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
