Banana French Toast Casserole

- Maple syrup - 1/4 cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 1 1/2 cups
- Eggs - 4
- Ripe bananas - 3, sliced
- Bread - 1 loaf, day-old and sliced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange half of the bread slices in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer half of the sliced bananas over the bread.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
