Ingredients - Serves 4
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon, fresh
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Pork chops - 4, bone-in
Let's Get Started
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
