Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  6. Add the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and thyme to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the glaze over the top.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the glaze is thickened and the pork chops are coated.
  9. Serve the pork chops with the remaining glaze from the skillet.
