Baked Vermont White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper.
