Bacon and Cheddar Baked Potatoes
These loaded baked potatoes are filled with crispy bacon and melted cheddar cheese, making them a delicious and satisfying side dish.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Green onions - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Bacon - 8 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Potatoes - 4 large
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes and pat them dry. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Cut a slit lengthwise in each potato and gently squeeze the ends to open up the potato.
