- Salted cod - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- Soak the salted cod in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water 3-4 times.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they break down into a sauce, about 15 minutes.
- Add the cod and wine to the pan and simmer for 20 minutes, until the cod is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
