- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Bread - 4 slices
- Eggs - 4
- Avocado - 1 ripe, sliced

- In a bowl, mash the avocado slices with a fork. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Mix well.
