Argentinian Choripan
Choripan is a traditional Argentinean street food or BBQ style sandwich consisting of grilled chorizo and crusty bread. It's typically served with chimichurri sauce.

- Olive oil - For grilling
- Chimichurri sauce - 1 cup
- Crusty bread rolls - 4
- Chorizo sausages - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush the chorizo sausages with olive oil and place them on the grill.
- Cook the sausages for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until they are fully cooked and have a nice char.
- While the sausages are cooking, cut the bread rolls in half and toast them on the grill for a minute or two, until they are lightly toasted.
- Once the sausages are done, place each one in a toasted bread roll.
- Generously drizzle the chimichurri sauce over the sausages.
- Serve the choripan immediately, with extra chimichurri sauce on the side for dipping.
