Choripán
Choripán is a popular Argentine street food consisting of grilled chorizo sausage served on a crusty bread roll.

- Hot sauce - To taste
- Grilled onions - 1 cup
- Chimichurri sauce - 1/2 cup
- Crusty bread rolls - 4
- Chorizo sausages - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chorizo sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely browned.
- While the sausages are grilling, slice the crusty bread rolls in half lengthwise.
- Spread a generous amount of chimichurri sauce on the cut sides of the bread rolls.
- Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Place a grilled sausage on each bread roll and top with grilled onions.
- Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
