Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the chorizo sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely browned.
  3. While the sausages are grilling, slice the crusty bread rolls in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread a generous amount of chimichurri sauce on the cut sides of the bread rolls.
  5. Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Place a grilled sausage on each bread roll and top with grilled onions.
  7. Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
