Apricot Cobbler Curry

- Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream - For serving
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Curry powder - 2 teaspoons

- Apricots - 4 cups, pitted and halved
