Aam Panna
Aam Panna is a popular Indian summer drink made with raw mangoes, sugar, and an assortment of spices. It's known for its heat-resistant properties and is a great source of vitamins C and B.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Ice cubes - As required
- Mint leaves - A handful
- Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 cup or to taste
- Raw mangoes - 2 medium size
Let's Get Started
- Wash the mangoes and boil them until they become soft. Once cooled, remove the skin and squeeze out the pulp.
- In a blender, add the mango pulp, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
- Add 2 cups of chilled water to the mixture and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into glasses, add ice cubes, and serve chilled.
