Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Parsley - 1 bunch, chopped
  • White wine - 1 cup
  • Tomatoes - 400g, canned and diced
  • Squid - 1 kg, cleaned and cut into rings
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and cook until they are soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the squid to the pan and cook until it becomes opaque.
  4. Add the tomatoes and white wine to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the squid is tender and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the dish just before serving.
