Tuna and Rice Bowl

This delicious tuna and rice bowl is packed with protein and healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Carrot - 1, grated
  • Cucumber - 1, sliced
  • Cooked rice - 2 cups
  • Tuna - 2 cans, drained

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
  2. Divide the cooked rice into two bowls.
  3. Top the rice with the marinated tuna.
  4. Add the sliced cucumber, grated carrot, and sliced avocado on top.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
