Tulgaa Salad

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 1/4 cup, crumbled
  • Olives - 1/4 cup, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
  • Tomato - 1, diced
  • Cucumber - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce - 2 cups, torn

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, bell pepper, olives, feta cheese, and fresh parsley.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
