Ingredients

  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup, crushed
  • Fresh mint - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Ripe mangoes - 2, peeled and thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and mint.
