Ingredients

  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup, crushed
  • Fresh mint - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Green beans - 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
  • Carrots - 1 medium, shredded
  • Green papaya - 1 medium, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green papaya, carrots, cherry tomatoes, green beans, cilantro, and mint.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, Thai chili peppers, and garlic.
