Swiss Chard and Feta Frittata

This delicious frittata is packed with nutritious Swiss chard and creamy feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Feta cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 8
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Swiss chard - 1 bunch, stems removed and leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the Swiss chard and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the Swiss chard mixture in the skillet.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
