Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Blue cheese - 1/4 cup, crumbled
  • Sour cream - 1/4 cup
  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  • For the dressing: -
  • Walnuts - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
  • Blue cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
  • Swiss chard - 1 bunch, stems removed and leaves torn

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Swiss chard, bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and walnuts.
