Sriracha Burger

A spicy, flavorful burger with a kick of Sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1, sliced
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce - 4 leaves
  • Hamburger buns - 4
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground beef - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, Sriracha sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Spread the mayonnaise on the buns.
  6. Place a patty on each bun and top with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  7. Serve the burgers hot.
