Mushroom and Beef Burger

This delicious mushroom and beef burger is packed with flavor and perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • Pickles - 4 slices
  • Cheese - 4 slices
  • Tomato - 4 slices
  • Lettuce - 4 leaves
  • Hamburger buns - 4
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1/2 medium, finely chopped
  • Mushrooms - 8 ounces, finely chopped
  • Ground beef - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped mushrooms, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  4. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a cooked burger patty, a slice of cheese, and a pickle slice on each bun.
