Spinach and Gorgonzola Pasta

This creamy and flavorful spinach and gorgonzola pasta is a delicious and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
  • Gorgonzola cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • Spinach - 4 cups, fresh
  • Pasta - 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and add the gorgonzola cheese and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it with the sauce.
  7. Serve the spinach and gorgonzola pasta with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
