Spanish Leather Coffee

Ingredients

• Cocoa powder - For dusting
• Whipped cream - For topping
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons
• Cloves - 2
• Cinnamon stick - 1
• Orange peel - 1 strip
• Water - 2 cups
• Ground coffee - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. In a coffee maker, combine the ground coffee, water, orange peel, cinnamon stick, cloves, and sugar.
2. Brew the coffee according to the coffee maker's instructions.
3. Once brewed, remove the orange peel, cinnamon stick, and cloves.
4. Pour the coffee into two cups.
5. Top each cup with whipped cream.
6. Dust with cocoa powder.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
