Soy Sauce Ramen

This flavorful soy sauce ramen is made with a rich broth, tender noodles, and delicious toppings.

Ingredients

  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Roasted seaweed - 2 sheets, crumbled
  • Soft - boiled eggs - 2
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Mirin - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
  • Chicken broth - 4 cups
  • Ramen noodles - 2 packs

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Divide the cooked ramen noodles into serving bowls.
  5. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
  6. Top with sliced green onions, soft-boiled eggs, crumbled roasted seaweed, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
