Ramen Soup

This flavorful ramen soup is made with a rich broth, tender noodles, and a variety of toppings.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Chili oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Nori sheets - 2, shredded
  • Corn kernels - 1/2 cup
  • Bean sprouts - 1 cup
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Soft - boiled eggs - 2
  • Chicken breast - 1, cooked and sliced
  • Ramen noodles - 2 packs
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Mirin - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken broth - 4 cups

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger to the pot. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls.
  5. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
  6. Top each bowl with sliced chicken breast, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, bean sprouts, corn kernels, and shredded nori.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and chili oil.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
