Smoked Salmon Linguine

A delicious and creamy linguine dish with smoked salmon, dill, and lemon zest.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Smoked salmon - 200 grams, sliced
  • Linguine - 400 grams

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the smoked salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it starts to change color.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon zest, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss to combine.
  7. Serve the linguine with extra dill and lemon zest on top.
