Lemon and Dill Linguine

A refreshing and tangy pasta dish perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Linguine - 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and dill to the pan. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss to coat in the lemon and dill sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the linguine with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
