Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Lemon juice - Juice of 1 lemon
  • White wine - 1/2 cup
  • Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Angel hair pasta - 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add the white wine and lemon juice to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return the shrimp to the skillet and stir in the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the shrimp and sauce over the cooked angel hair pasta.
