Shrimp Blt Sandwich

This delicious shrimp BLT sandwich combines succulent shrimp, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a tangy mayo sauce.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Tomato - 1 large, sliced
  • Lettuce - 4 leaves
  • Bacon - 6 slices, cooked crispy
  • Shrimp - 12 large, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
  3. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  5. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, cooked shrimp, and crispy bacon on two bread slices.
  6. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side down.
  7. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
