Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder - For dusting
  • Whipped cream - For topping
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cardamom - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Espresso - 2 shots

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Add the ground cinnamon and cardamom to the milk and stir well.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk vigorously to create froth.
  5. Divide the brewed espresso between two cups.
