Ingredients

  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 3 sprigs, chopped
  • Beef tenderloin - 2 pounds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the beef tenderloin, ensuring it is evenly coated.
