Roasted Parmesan Broccoli and Cauliflower

This delicious roasted broccoli and cauliflower dish is seasoned with parmesan cheese and roasted to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cauliflower - 1 head, cut into florets
  • Broccoli - 1 head, cut into florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli and cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the roasted broccoli and cauliflower.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish or as a healthy snack.
