Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Walnuts - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Pear - 1 large, ripe and thinly sliced
  • Spinach - 4 cups, fresh

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, pear slices, chopped walnuts, and sliced red onion.
