Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sweet potatoes - 2 large, peeled and cut into cubes

Instructions
