Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea bass fillets - 2 fillets

Instructions

  1. Season the sea bass fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sea bass fillets to the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  4. Flip the fillets and add butter, garlic, and lemon slices to the skillet.
  5. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, basting the fillets with the butter mixture.
  6. Remove the sea bass fillets from the skillet and transfer to a serving plate.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
