Oreo Pancakes

These delicious Oreo pancakes are a sweet and indulgent breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate syrup - For serving
  • Whipped cream - For serving
  • Oreo cookies - 10 cookies, crushed
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk - 1 1/4 cups
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • All - purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve the Oreo pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
