Oregano and Garlic Tilapia

This flavorful tilapia dish is seasoned with oregano and garlic, and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Lemon - 1, sliced
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tilapia fillets - 2

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the tilapia fillets, coating them evenly.
  5. Place a few slices of lemon on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tilapia is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
