Oregano and Garlic Roasted Tomatoes

These oregano and garlic roasted tomatoes are bursting with flavor and make a delicious side dish or topping for pasta.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cherry tomatoes - 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
