Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Fresh oregano - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken breasts - 4 boneless, skinless

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, oregano, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken to ensure even coating. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
