Ingredients

  • Lime wedges - For serving
  • Salsa - 1/2 cup
  • Guacamole - 1/2 cup
  • Sour cream - 1/2 cup
  • Tortillas - 8
  • Fajita seasoning - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
  • Onion - 2 large, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until they are tender and slightly charred, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
