Masada Macchiato

A rich and indulgent coffee beverage with a twist of Middle Eastern flavors.

Ingredients

  • Ground pistachios - For garnish
  • Whipped cream - For topping
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamom - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Espresso - 1 shot

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Add the cardamom, honey, and cinnamon to the milk and stir until well combined.
  4. Using a milk frother or whisk, froth the milk until it becomes creamy and foamy.
  5. Pour the frothed milk over the espresso shot, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  6. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with ground pistachios.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
