Jerusalem Stone Latte

A unique and flavorful latte inspired by the rich history and culture of Jerusalem.

Ingredients

  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish) - To taste
  • Ground pistachios - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cardamom - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Espresso or strong coffee - 1 shot

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Whisk in the cardamom, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the hot milk mixture into a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds to create froth.
