Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • London broil steak - 1.5 pounds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the London broil steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the steak is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill or broiler to high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  5. Grill or broil the steak for about 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
